Not enough attention is given to the potential harm of blast waves (like getting hit in the head, but from pressure) from weapons and non-lethal devices in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Law Enforcement populations.  Unfortunately, TBI is associated with an elevated risk of suicide, a tragedy worth preventing. We hope to bring awareness of blast-related TBI to first responders across the US who protect and serve.
